Salisol Hills is a new-build collection of detached villas in Finestrat, the Costa Blanca municipality that rises behind Benidorm towards the Puig Campana. The appeal is straightforward: a house of your own on its own plot, with a private garden of 346 to 532 m² and a private pool, rather than an apartment sharing facilities with neighbours.
The villas have three or four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms, with living space between 107 and 225 m². They face south and look out over the sea and the mountains, and the rooftop solarium gives the widest outlook of all. An open-plan kitchen and living area, home automation and pre-installation for air conditioning are part of the specification.

Salisol Hills is made up entirely of detached villas, each on its own plot with a private garden of 346 to 532 m². The development sits in Balcón de Finestrat and the houses are oriented to the south. Each villa has three or four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms, with 107 to 225 m² of living space. Most also have between 86 and 110.5 m² of terrace, topped by a solarium with an all-round view across the sea and the Puig Campana. On the ground floor, kitchen, dining and sitting areas form one open space with full-height glazing, and the kitchen is handed over fully fitted. Wood and natural stone run through the finishes.
