The address works because so much lies close by. Serena Golf is around 400 metres away, while the beach and the town centre are each roughly 900 metres off, and a supermarket sits at about 1 km. Hospital General Universitario Los Arcos del Mar Menor is approximately 9 km away, and boat owners will find Yacht Port Cartagena at around 18.5 km.
