Outdoor living shapes much of what is on offer. Every home comes with its own terrace, starting at about 35 m² and reaching almost 157 m² on the top level, where solariums also feature. Ground-floor owners gain a private garden of 32 to 69 m² as well. Within the gated grounds you'll find communal gardens, a heated indoor pool, a gym and a sauna, which keep swimming and training on the agenda through the cooler months.
For golfers the setting is hard to beat: El Higueral Golf lies about 900 metres away as the crow flies. Artola's centre is around 1.5 km off, Playa de San Pedro roughly 4 km, and both Málaga and Gibraltar airports sit at about 50 km. Each owner parks in a private space in the underground garage.
