From the roof you look out across the sea and the fairways. The beach is around 1.5 km away, a supermarket about 1 km, and the Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona roughly 2 km. San Luis de Sabinillas, the nearest town centre with shops and cafés, is about 3.5 km off, and boat owners will find Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa around 5 km along the coast.

Spinto Hills consists of detached villas on individual plots, each built over three levels served by a private lift. The ground floor is given over to a 57.5 m² open living and dining space with a fully fitted kitchen flowing into the lounge. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens onto a covered porch, a garden of over 517 m² and a 24 m² saltwater pool. This floor also holds a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, a guest WC, a utility room and a storage room.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The 19 m² principal suite has a private terrace and a bathroom built around a freestanding bath, while the other two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Fitted wardrobes come as standard. At the top sits a 77.9 m² solarium with an LED-lit jacuzzi, a barbecue area and a walk-on skylight that draws daylight down into the centre of the house, with views of the sea and the golf course.
The villas use the SISMO® industrialised building system, insulated without thermal bridges. An aerothermal system supplies underfloor heating, including in the bathrooms, plus hot and cold air conditioning, backed by heat-recovery ventilation rated above 85 per cent. A single control panel runs the lighting, electric blinds, climate, smart lock and alarm. Each home also has double glazing, WiFi, private parking, reduced-mobility access, 120 by 120 cm porcelain floor tiles, Silestone or Dekton worktops and integrated Siemens appliances.
