With the Campo Asia course starting roughly 100 metres away, Sunrise Golf Residences is a new-build development in La Cala de Mijas, in the municipality of Mijas on the Costa del Sol. Four low-rise blocks of three storeys contain ground-floor apartments, middle-floor apartments and penthouses, every one with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Outdoor space is a big part of the appeal. Each home has its own terrace of about 32 to 111 m², set against interior living space of roughly 96 to 123 m². The homes face south-east, with views across the fairways, the mountains and the sea. Within the gated grounds you will find a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, padel court, bar and restaurant alongside the pool and landscaped gardens, and the homes come fully furnished.
As the crow flies, the beach at Playa de La Cala (La Butibamba) is about 5 km away, the centre of Entrerríos 2.5 km and Málaga Airport 25.5 km. It suits buyers who want a quiet golf-side base and are happy to drive the short distance to the coast.
