Sunset Hill is a new build development in Orihuela on the southern Costa Blanca. Its apartments have two or three bedrooms, and every one has two bathrooms. The homes sit in two low blocks of just a ground floor and one upper level. Downstairs apartments come with a terrace, and a couple have a private garden. Upstairs, each home gets its own solarium.
The setting is rural, yet daily needs are close by. There is a supermarket roughly 400 metres away, and Hospital Universitario de Torrevieja is about 2 km as the crow flies. Golfers have Club de Golf Villamartín around 2.5 km away, and Playa Cala La Mosca is a similar distance. The salt lagoons of the La Mata and Torrevieja natural park, including the pink Laguna Rosa, are nearby for walks.
Inside the gated grounds, owners share a pool with a separate children's area, landscaped gardens with a pergola and an indoor gym with showers. Private parking, a fully fitted kitchen and pre-installed air conditioning for heating and cooling complete the package.

The current price list covers two blocks, each with a ground floor and a first floor. Slightly more than half the apartments are on the ground floor and the rest are upstairs. All of them have two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with living areas of roughly 82 to 95 m². Almost every apartment has a private terrace. Their size varies a lot, from around 10 m² to more than 107 m². Upper floor homes have a solarium, and two ground floor homes come with a private garden of about 86 to 96 m².
Kitchens are delivered fully fitted. Air conditioning is pre-installed and handles both cooling and heating. Furniture is optional, so you can choose whether to move in furnished. Parking is private.
The whole site is enclosed. Residents walk in through two pedestrian gates, and cars use a vehicle gate that opens by remote control. The communal pool is at the centre of the grounds and has a dedicated children's area. It is framed by gardens with a pergola, and there are toilets beside the pool. There is also a social area, partly open and partly covered, plus an enclosed space housing a gym, toilets and showers. Public transport is close by. Marina Internacional is about 5 km away, and so is the centre of San Miguel de Salinas.
