The Privilege is a new build development in Estepona, set roughly 800 metres from the town centre on the western Costa del Sol. It is a single building rising five storeys, with garden flats at street level, apartments on the floors above and penthouses at the top. Every home has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with interiors of about 79 to 135 m².
The appeal here is daily life on foot. La Rada beach sits around 900 metres away, the Puerto Estepona marina roughly 1 km, and a supermarket about 200 metres from the door. Vithas Xanit Estepona hospital is some 1.5 km away, while Valle Romano Golf & Resort lies around 3 km off for anyone who plays.

The Privilege occupies one block: a ground floor with four levels above it. At the bottom are the garden flats, whose private plots vary from roughly 45 to 321 m². Most homes sit on the middle floors, and the uppermost level holds the penthouses. Each layout offers two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite to the main bedroom.
