The Privilege Villa A4 is a detached new-build villa in Benahavís, set within Monte Mayor, a gated urbanisation surrounded by protected countryside in the hills above the Costa del Sol. This is a single home: five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 835 m² of living space over three levels, linked by a panoramic lift. From the top of the plot the outlook covers 270 degrees, taking in the sea, pine-clad mountains and, when the air is clear, the coast of Africa.
The private garden extends to 2,750 m², and around 600 m² of it is level enough to walk and play on, which is uncommon on these slopes. A cork oak well over a century old was kept and built into the design. Two heated pools come with the house: an infinity pool outdoors and an indoor pool on the lower level, next to a garage for three cars.

Villa A4 is one detached house on its own plot within The Privilege, a small development in Monte Mayor.
