Villa Alfa, new build in Benahavís

The project

Villa Alfa is one detached villa on a 3,035 m² plot within gated El Madroñal. The house offers 869 m² of living space over three levels, linked by a lift. The architecture is clean and contemporary: two glazed volumes framing an inner courtyard with an olive tree, façades in natural stone and microcement, and large expanses of glass looking out over the sea, the mountains, the garden and the pool. The orientation is south. Of the six bedrooms, the principal suite has a walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms of its own, while another room is set up for staff with a separate bathroom. There are seven bathrooms in total.
