You choose the plot, from 800 to 1,200 m², and the style of the villa. Every house is a single storey at ground level, so the living area, bedrooms and garden are all on the same level. Inside there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite to the main bedroom, across 122.25 m² of living space. A 21.85 m² terrace extends the living area outdoors.
There are no shared facilities such as a communal pool or gym. Everything outdoors is private. Each villa has a 32 m² swimming pool with a 20 m² sun terrace, a private garden and its own parking space. Because the villas face south, the pool and terrace get sun throughout the day, and the outlook takes in both the sea and the mountains.
The kitchen is fully fitted, but appliances are not included, so you choose and buy your own.
