The project

The 2,395 m² plot holds one detached villa that steps down with the hillside: two storeys above ground and a basement beneath. The principal floor contains the master suite, the kitchen and a living room that opens directly onto a covered terrace. Terraces total almost 384 m² and connect to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The infinity pool is private and faces the mountains and the sea. Landscaped, low-maintenance gardens are laid out in tiers to handle the changes in level, and a lift links every floor.

With eight bathrooms for six bedrooms, most rooms have their own en suite. The guest apartment is fully independent, with its own kitchenette, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom, so visitors can come and go as they please. Monte Mayor is a gated estate with round-the-clock security and a 24-hour reception. The villa adds an entry phone, alarm system and safe, and there are several covered private parking spaces within the plot. An energy rating has not yet been issued, so ask about it if that matters to you.
