Villa Mustique & Aruba is a small new-build collection in Algorfa, in the La Finca Golf neighbourhood, where the course of Club de Golf La Finca starts right at the edge of each garden. There are six villas, all with three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, and their interiors range from 139 to 203 m². The outdoor space is what stands out most: terraces of 146 to 180 m², private plots of 461 to 945 m² and an infinity-style pool for every home.
You can choose a single-level layout or a two-level version. The two-level version puts the main suite upstairs, with its own terrace overlooking the fairways. Every villa comes with private underground parking, a gated setting, home automation, hot and cold air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Everyday errands are easy to manage. Algorfa's village centre is roughly 3 km away and Hospital Universitario Vega Baja is about 5.5 km away. For the sea, Platja del Camp is 13 km as the crow flies, and Alicante-Elche Airport is 32.5 km away.

The scheme consists of six detached villas, each on its own plot along the La Finca course within a gated urbanisation. There are two designs. The single-level design keeps every room on one floor, and some of these villas also have a generous solarium. The two-level design moves the main bedroom upstairs, where it has a private terrace and large glazed walls facing the fairways. You can add a jacuzzi there, and a lift is available as an option. Every villa has three bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, a basement level and a private parking space below ground.
