Villas Liege is a small new-build scheme of eight detached villas in Algorfa, set within La Finca Golf on the southern Costa Blanca. The plots sit right beside Club de Golf La Finca, so golf is part of the daily routine rather than a drive away. Algorfa's town centre is about 2.5 km off, a supermarket is a similar distance, and the Benijófar health centre is around 5 km away.
Every villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and roughly 119 m² of living space. Outside there is a 107 m² terrace, a solarium, a private pool and a landscaped private garden of approximately 367 to 442 m². With a south-west orientation, the outdoor areas get sun from early afternoon into the evening, and the development has views over the golf course and towards the sea.
