Finestrat is a mountain village in the hills behind Benidorm, and the setting gives you both coast and countryside. From the terrace the view is of the mountains, yet Platja de Ponent is roughly 2.5 km away as the crow flies. The Sierra Cortina Pitch & Putt sits about 300 metres from the villas, with a supermarket around 800 metres away and schools close by.
Alicante-Elche is the nearest airport, approximately 44 km in a straight line, which keeps flights from the UK and northern Europe within easy reach. Covered private parking for more than one car and solar water heating come with each villa.

Villas Soller consists of six detached villas within one small, gated complex. Inside, each home follows the same layout: 132.3 m² of living space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including at least one en suite. The kitchen is handed over fully fitted, and the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Where the villas differ is outdoors. Private gardens range from 602 m² to 923.46 m², and five of the six also have a 71.9 m² terrace. Part of the outdoor living area is covered, giving shade in the strong afternoon sun and shelter on the odd wet day.
There are no shared amenities such as a communal pool or gym, which fits the concept: every villa has its own swimming pool within its own plot. Views take in the garden, the pool and the mountains surrounding Finestrat. Cars are parked on the property under cover, with space for more than one vehicle, and visitors are let in at the gate via the entry phone.
