Vinci La Herrada is a gated complex of south-facing villas, each laid out over two storeys. Downstairs, the kitchen and lounge share one open space, and the ground floor also holds a bedroom, a separate bathroom and a utility room. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and from this level you step out onto a private terrace of 17.15 m². The villas come with either three or four bedrooms, always with three bathrooms, and living areas range from 112 to 130 m².
Outdoor living is centred on your own plot. Every villa has a private swimming pool, and nearly all have a landscaped private garden of 185 to 254 m², so the views from the house are over your own garden and pool.
