Set in the village of Benijófar, Waldorf Astoria is a small new-build scheme in the Vega Baja del Segura, inland on the southern Costa Blanca. It is a single apartment building with a ground floor and two upper levels. Every home has two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Village life sets the pace here: the centre of Benijófar is around 500 metres from the door, the local health centre about 400 metres, and a supermarket roughly 800 metres. Day-to-day errands can be done on foot.
Golf is the strongest draw. La Marquesa Golf in Rojales lies about 2 km away in a direct line. For the sea, allow roughly 8 km to Platja del Montcaio, and Marina de les Dunes is about 9 km off. Alicante-Elche, at 28 km, is the nearest airport, with Murcia (RMU) at 45 km.
The choice runs from ground-floor flats to middle-floor apartments and one penthouse, with 61.5 to 99.5 m² of living space. Each home has its own terrace and some also have a garden. Residents share a pool, communal gardens and parking.

Waldorf Astoria is one building with three residential levels: ground, first and second floor. The ground floor holds the garden-level flats, the upper levels the apartments and a single penthouse. The scale is modest, which keeps the building quiet, and the amenities of Benijófar are only a few hundred metres away.
