Almost all properties come with a private terrace, reaching more than 200 m² on the largest penthouses, and some ground-floor homes have their own garden. Depending on the block and floor, outlooks take in the sea, the mountains, the gardens or the pool.
Residents share a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and a gym, with underground parking and storage rooms. Golf Torrequebrada lies about 4 km away and Málaga Airport roughly 14.5 km, which suits both full-time living and a holiday home you fly out to often.
