Horizon36 is a small new build development in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, offering two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses spread over three low-rise blocks. Each block has a ground floor plus two upper floors, which keeps the scheme compact and gives the raised plot outlooks over the sea, the beach and the hills behind the town.
Outdoor space is the main draw. Every home comes with its own terrace, ranging from just over 23 m² to roughly 146 m² on the largest penthouses, and some of the ground floor homes add a private garden. Interiors measure about 80 to 107 m², always with two bathrooms. Residents share a pool, landscaped gardens, a gym, a jacuzzi and a barbecue area.

Horizon36 is made up of three blocks, each with a ground floor and two storeys above. Most of the homes sit on the top level as penthouses with the biggest terraces, up to about 146 m².
