Rising almost from the sand of Playa de la Misericordia, Malaga Towers is a new build development in Málaga, in the Centro district, with the beach roughly 100 metres away. The towers sit on the western side of the city, beside the Paseo Antonio Banderas promenade, so daily life here means the sea in front of you and the port, museums and rail links of Málaga within easy reach.
The current price list consists of penthouses on the twentieth floor, spread across two towers. Each has four bedrooms, three or four bathrooms and between 326 and 413 m² of living space. Outdoor living happens on terraces of 216 to just over 266 m², looking out over the sea, the beach and the mountains behind the city.
