Milabeka is a new-build residence in Málaga that puts the sand of Playa de la Misericordia roughly 200 metres from your front door. It occupies a single building, and everyday errands are equally close, with a supermarket also around 200 metres away.
Homes start on the second floor and rise to the fifth. Most are middle-floor apartments, joined by one duplex and two homes on the top level. Whether you opt for two bedrooms or three, every layout has two bathrooms, and living space ranges from about 93 to 132 m². Nearly all of them come with a private terrace, anywhere from a modest 12.75 m² to just over 48 m².
For anyone flying in and out regularly, the location is hard to beat: Málaga airport sits about 5 km away as the crow flies. Club de Golf Málaga Parador is roughly 4.5 km off, the Marina Real Club Mediterráneo about 3 km, and Hospital de Día Quirónsalud around 1.5 km. A lift links every level to the underground car park, so luggage and shopping never have to go up the stairs. Outdoor space here is about height rather than ground.
