Set on the edge of Azata Golf in Valle Romano, Altoasis Fase I, II is a new-build development of terraced townhouses on the western side of Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. The course begins roughly 100 metres away, and the homes look out over the sea, the fairways and the surrounding countryside. The beach is about 2 km off, Puerto Estepona around 3.5 km and Estepona's town centre roughly 4.5 km.
Every townhouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and approximately 227 to 293 m² of living space, laid out over two storeys above a basement. Terraces range from about 14 to 80 m², and some homes also have a solarium. Each comes with a private space in the underground car park, a storage room and pre-installation for air conditioning that heats as well as cools.
