All share one architectural style but come in three house types with different proportions and layouts, giving built areas from roughly 122 to 433 m². Each villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including an en suite, together with fitted wardrobes, a utility room and a separate storage room. Large glazed openings with high-performance double glazing connect the open-plan living space to the outdoors. Depending on the villa, the orientation is south-east, south-west or north-west.
