Bahia Blanca is a new build address within walking distance of the old centre of Pilar de la Horadada, the last municipality on the Costa Blanca before the coast turns into Murcia. The heart of town is roughly 500 metres away and a supermarket about 1 km, so daily errands rarely need the car.
This is a small scheme: a single block of bungalows set over a ground floor and a first floor. Every home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and between 84 and 97 m² of living space. Downstairs units come with their own garden of 19 to 83 m², while the upper units trade the garden for a rooftop solarium. Aerothermal heating and solar panels keep running costs in check.

Bahia Blanca is one contemporary block on two levels, divided into bungalows that share the same basic plan. Each has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bedroom with its own en suite, plus a living area where kitchen, sofa and dining table share one open room. Interiors range from 84 to 97 m².
