Set in Pilar de la Horadada, the last town on the Costa Blanca before the Murcia border, La Rambla Beach IV is a compact new-build scheme of two low-rise blocks. Each block has just a ground level and one upper level, and every flat comes with two bathrooms and a choice of two or three bedrooms. Downstairs owners get a garden of their own; upstairs owners get a solarium.
What sets the location apart is how much you can do without the car. The town centre is around 700 metres away, and a supermarket sits within 1.5 km. Playa del Puerto lies roughly 3.5 km off as the crow flies, the Puerto Deportivo Miguel Caballero marina about 5.5 km, and the nearest golf course under 2 km. Torrevieja's university hospital is 12.5 km away.
Inside the gated grounds there is a shared pool surrounded by communal gardens. Flying in, Región de Murcia (RMU) is the closer option at 30 km, while Alicante-Elche, with its wider choice of routes from the UK and Ireland, is 50 km away.
