Belvedere Collection is a new-build development in Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol, set across three buildings with ground-floor flats, mid-floor apartments and penthouses. Homes have one to four bedrooms and one to three bathrooms, and the largest have close to 189 m² of living space. A retired couple wanting a compact winter base will find something here, and so will a family that needs room to spread out.
The complex is gated, with an entry phone at the entrance. Residents share a pool set in landscaped gardens, a gym and a sauna. Below ground there's a car park with private spaces and a charging point for electric cars. Views from the development take in the sea, the mountains, the pool and the inner courtyard.
A lot of daily life is close by. Playa Torreblanca-Carvajal is roughly one and a half kilometres off, shops are nearby and Golf Torrequebrada is around 5 km away. Málaga Airport is about 15.5 km from the complex, which is useful if you fly back and forth often.

The development has three blocks, each with a ground floor and three storeys above it. You can choose from ground-floor flats, mid-floor apartments and penthouses. The smallest homes have one bedroom and one bathroom, and the largest have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with up to roughly 189 m² of living space. Many of the homes have a private terrace, often partly covered, ranging from just over 14 m² to just over 68 m². In this climate, a terrace like that is where you'll eat for much of the year.
Every home comes with a fully fitted kitchen, fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and a separate utility room for the washing machine and cleaning kit. There's double glazing, and the air conditioning both heats and cools. A fibre optic connection means you can work from home or stream without trouble. The basement has storage rooms and an underground garage with private parking spaces, where you can also charge an electric car.
Outside, the centrepiece is the communal pool in the landscaped garden. If you'd rather exercise indoors, there's a gym, with a sauna for afterwards. The grounds are gated, and visitors announce themselves via the entry phone. From the complex you get panoramic views of the sea and the mountains, as well as the pool and the courtyard. Public transport and shops are close by. Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola is around 4 km away, and Hospital Vithas Xanit International is about 5 km away.
