Set on the rising ground of Torreblanca, Torreblanca Heights is a new build development in Fuengirola, at the eastern end of the town on the Costa del Sol. Its single building has a ground floor and four storeys above it. There are garden-level flats at the bottom, middle-floor flats above them and penthouses on top. Every home has a terrace of its own, and from the hillside the complex looks out over the sea and the mountains inland.
The location suits full-time residents as well as people looking for a holiday base. Playa Torreblanca-Carvajal is roughly 1.5 km away, Fuengirola's marina about 4 km and Golf Torrequebrada around 5 km. Málaga Airport is about 15.5 km off, so even a short break here is easy to arrange. Hospital Vithas Xanit International is roughly 5.5 km away.
Inside the gates, residents share a pool with a separate children's pool, a landscaped garden, a gym and a sauna. Cars go in the garage below the building. Each flat comes with heating and cooling air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the lounge.

Torreblanca Heights is one building, with a ground floor and four upper levels. Buyers can choose between ground-floor flats, middle-floor flats and penthouses on the top level. Homes have two, three or four bedrooms, each with two or three bathrooms, and floor areas run from about 107 m² to 223 m². Terrace sizes vary a great deal: the smallest is just under 3 m², the largest close to 82 m². The penthouses have the most generous outdoor space. Flats face east, south-east, south-west or north-west, so how much sun you get on the terrace, and when, depends on which unit you pick.
The whole site is gated. Outside there is a shared swimming pool, a shallow pool for children and a communal garden. The building also has a gym, a sauna and a solarium for sunbathing.
