Benijofar Villas is a gated complex of villas arranged in two blocks. Every home shares the same layout basics: three bedrooms, two bathrooms including an en suite to the main bedroom, and 120 m² of living space. What varies is the plot, with private gardens of approximately 415 to 460 m². Rather than shared facilities such as a communal pool or gym, each villa has a swimming pool of its own.
