Three blocks make up the scheme, each with a ground floor and two storeys above. Indoors the homes follow one brief: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 80.5 to 83.5 m² of internal space. Outdoors is where they part ways, with terraces stretching from 21.4 m² to 101.7 m² depending on the floor.
