Biznaga is a new-build development in Las Lagunas, the residential district of Mijas that runs straight into Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. Spread across three blocks with a ground floor and five storeys above, it offers ground-floor and middle-floor apartments plus a small number of penthouses, all with one or two bedrooms. Living space ranges from roughly 37 m² to 101 m², and every home has a terrace.
The appeal here is everyday convenience. A supermarket sits about 400 metres away, schools and shops are nearby, and Fuengirola town centre is 1.5 km as the crow flies. Playa del Castillo is the same distance, the Puerto Deportivo de Fuengirola marina is about 2 km away and Cerrado del Aguila Golf roughly 1.5 km. Málaga Airport is around 20 km off.
Within the gated grounds you will find swimming pools, among them an indoor pool and a children's pool, alongside communal gardens. Cars go into an underground garage, kitchens are fully fitted and air conditioning is pre-installed. It makes a sensible base for living here permanently or for a second home you can use in every season.

Biznaga is made up of three blocks, each with a ground floor and five residential levels above it. Most homes are middle-floor apartments, with further apartments at ground level and a small number of penthouses. Every property has one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms, and living areas run from about 37 m² in the smallest units to around 101 m² in the largest. Apartments face north, east or south, with views over the mountains, the town or the street.
All homes come with a terrace, though sizes vary considerably: from roughly 7.5 m² up to more than 200 m², depending on the type and position within the building. There are no private gardens, including on the ground floor. Inside, each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and pre-installed air conditioning, so only the units need adding later.
