In Las Lagunas, the residential district of Mijas that runs straight into Fuengirola, Electus is a new-build development of three-bedroom apartments on the Costa del Sol. The homes sit in two blocks rising to a fifth floor, each with two bathrooms and between roughly 86 and 159 m² of living space. Every apartment comes with its own terrace, and those terraces vary a great deal, from a modest 8 m² to almost 73 m².
This is a neighbourhood people live in all year rather than a holiday enclave, and the location reflects that. A supermarket is around 300 metres away, Fuengirola town centre is about 1.5 km off, and Playa del Castillo is at a similar distance. Golfers have Cerrado del Aguila Golf roughly 1.5 km away.
