The villas face south-west, looking out over the sea and the mountains, so the terraces catch the sun from midday well into the evening. The estate is gated, with an entry phone at the entrance, which suits owners who leave the house empty for part of the year.
Everyday errands stay manageable. Measured directly on the map, a supermarket is roughly 2 km off, the centre of La Capellanía about 2.5 km and Playa de Torreblanca around 3 km.
