Set high in the hills of Mijas, Emerald View is a new-build development of apartments and penthouses facing out towards the Fuengirola coastline. Its five blocks contain ground-floor homes with private gardens, middle-floor apartments and penthouses on the top level. Every home has two or three bedrooms, roughly 80 to 242 m² of living space and a terrace of its own.
The facilities are aimed at people who intend to use the property well beyond July and August. Besides an outdoor pool and a children's pool, residents have an indoor pool, a sauna and a gym, all within a gated complex with round-the-clock security. That mix suits owners who divide their year between Spain and home, as well as those relocating for good.
Everyday errands stay simple. A supermarket lies about 2 km away and La Capellanía roughly 2 km. As the crow flies, Playa de Torreblanca is approximately 3 km off, Fuengirola marina 5.5 km and Málaga Airport about 14 km, so travel days remain short. Emerald View is laid out across five blocks, each with a ground floor and three upper levels. Garden apartments occupy the ground floor, with private plots from about 53 m² up to around 528 m².
