Capri IX Bungalows is a small new-build development in Orihuela, set within the Vistabella Golf neighbourhood on the southern Costa Blanca. It offers single-storey bungalows with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and every home has its own garden, a generous terrace and a solarium. All the homes are in a single block looking onto the communal gardens and pool.
Everyday errands are easy here. The centre of Entrenaranjos and a supermarket are roughly 300 metres away, and the area also has restaurants, a pharmacy, padel courts and an English bowling green. The complex is frontline golf, with Vistabella Golf about 800 metres away as the crow flies. Hospital Universitario Vega Baja is around 7 km away.
The coast takes a short drive. Playa de Los Náufragos is about 13 km away and Marina Internacional about 13.5 km.
