Set on the golf course at Vistabella Golf, Mooi Villas is a new-build collection of villas in the municipality of Orihuela, in the inland part of the Costa Blanca. Each villa has three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, with roughly 231 to 237 m² of living space. Every home sits on its own plot with a private garden of about 298 to 454 m², its own swimming pool, a solarium and terraces totalling some 60 to 121 m².
Everyday errands are easy here. A supermarket and the Entrenaranjos centre are about 300 metres away, and the wider resort has restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, padel courts, a gym and a clubhouse with a golf shop. The villas are frontline golf, with Vistabella Golf roughly 800 metres away as the crow flies.
The sea takes more effort. Playa de Los Náufragos is about 13 km away in a straight line and Marina Internacional 13.5 km. Hospital Universitario Vega Baja is 7 km away. Two airports serve the area: Región de Murcia at around 36.5 km and Alicante-Elche at 37 km.
