Set on the slopes of Higuerón Resort where Fuengirola meets Benalmádena, Core Higuerón Fase II is a new-build development in Fuengirola made up of a single building rising five storeys. Buyers choose between ground-floor flats, homes on the middle levels and penthouses, each with two bathrooms and either two or three bedrooms. Interiors range from roughly 106 m² to 161 m².
The real draw here is outdoor space. Every home comes with its own terrace, starting at around 33 m² and stretching to more than 350 m² at the top end, with a southerly aspect and views towards the sea. On this stretch of coast, that terrace becomes the room you use most for much of the year.
Errands are simple: a supermarket and the centre of La Capellanía each sit about 900 metres from the building as the crow flies.
