Three blocks hold apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms: ground-floor homes, middle-floor flats and a small number on the top floor. Living areas range from about 52 to almost 100 m², and every apartment comes with its own terrace, from just over 15 m² to more than 130 m².
Daily life here is easy to organise. The centre of La Cala is around 1.5 km away, the beach at Playa El Bombo about 2 km and the Puerto Cabopino marina 4.5 km.
