In Rojales (Ciudad Quesada) on the southern Costa Blanca, Daylight is a new-build scheme of just four detached villas, each laid out entirely on one storey. Every villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and close to 100 m² of living space. Each one sits on its own plot with a garden of roughly 175 to 227 m², a private swimming pool and a private parking space.
The idea behind the design is simple: everything on one level and plenty of room outdoors. The lounge, dining area and kitchen form one open room of 38 m². It leads straight onto a covered porch, with the pool just beyond. Upstairs on the roof there is an 86 m² solarium with its own way up, and terrace space per villa adds up to just over 90 m².
Ciudad Quesada is a residential area where everyday needs are close by. A supermarket is about 400 metres away and the centre of Urbanización Doña Pepa about 500 metres. La Marquesa Golf is roughly 2.5 km away, Platja del Camp beach about 4.5 km and Alicante-Elche airport around 28.5 km. All distances are measured in a straight line.
