Moonlight is a small new-build scheme in Rojales (Ciudad Quesada) made up of just three detached villas, each standing on its own plot with a private swimming pool. For buyers on the southern Costa Blanca who would rather not share walls, pools or gardens, it offers a quieter option than the larger apartment complexes nearby.
Every villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and between 112 and 127 m² of living space. Outside you get 51 to 66 m² of terrace, partly covered, plus a roof solarium reached by stairs on the outside of the house, looking out over the garden and the lake. Plots measure 265 to 278 m² and face either south-east or south-west, so you can choose between morning sun and evening sun by the pool.
Everyday errands are easy on foot: there is a supermarket roughly 400 metres away and Urbanización Doña Pepa about 500 metres off. La Marquesa Golf is around 2.5 km from the villas, Platja del Camp beach about 4.5 km, and Alicante-Elche airport roughly 28.5 km.

Moonlight is a compact gated development of only three detached villas. Each house is laid out over two levels. Downstairs, the living room rises through both floors and flows straight into an open kitchen, giving the main space a generous sense of height. There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes; two have their own bathroom, and a third bathroom completes the layout. The façade is its most recognisable feature, pierced by organically shaped openings that cast shifting patterns of light and shadow as the sun moves.
Each villa sits on a plot of 265 to 278 m² with its own garden and swimming pool. The terrace covers 51 to 66 m² and is partly roofed, so there is shade even at midday in summer.
