Eagle Hills is a new-build scheme in Estepona that sits right on the edge of the Estepona Golf course. Two buildings, each with a ground floor plus five upper levels, hold apartments of one to three bedrooms. Most are on the middle floors, a handful at ground level come with their own garden, and a single penthouse crowns the scheme. Interiors range from about 51 to 111 m², and every home has a terrace, the smallest around 14 m² and the largest over 105 m².

Living here means the fairways are your neighbours, with outlooks across the golf course, a lake, the gardens and the pool. Inside the gated grounds there is a heated indoor pool, a gym and a sauna, so swimming is not limited to summer. On the map, the Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona is roughly 1.5 km off, the sea about 2 km and Puerto Estepona marina close to 5 km.

For flights, Gibraltar is nearest at 31.5 km in a straight line, while Málaga-Costa del Sol lies at roughly 71 km on this western stretch of the coast.

The project

The scheme is laid out over two blocks, each rising from a ground floor through five further storeys. The large majority of homes occupy the middle floors, three sit at ground level and one penthouse takes the top. Layouts run from one bedroom with one bathroom up to three bedrooms with two bathrooms, and in the larger types the main bedroom has its own en suite. Living space falls between roughly 51 and 111 m². Cooking and living share one open room with a fully fitted kitchen, and bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes.

Outdoors, each home gets a private terrace, partly covered, from about 14 m² to more than 105 m². Seven homes also have a private garden of 26 to 36 m², planted to need little upkeep. A private parking space and a storage room form part of the offer, and there is a charging point for electric cars.

Shared grounds include landscaped gardens, a covered and heated swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The site is gated with an entry phone at the entrance, lifts serve every level and the buildings are accessible for people with reduced mobility. Air conditioning handles both cooling and heating, photovoltaic panels on site generate electricity and solar thermal panels supply hot water.

Who is Eagle Hills for?

Eagle Hills suits golfers who want the first tee practically on the doorstep, and swimmers who value a heated indoor pool through the cooler months. A one-bedroom flat is a manageable holiday base, while three bedrooms leave room for family or guests. Lifts and step-free access help those with limited mobility. One point to weigh up: the sea is around 2 km away, so most beach trips will mean taking the car or a bike.
