Step out of an Aurea Villas home and you are on the edge of Estepona Golf: this new build scheme in Estepona, on the western Costa del Sol in Málaga province, sits right beside the course. Every property follows the same generous plan, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 226 m² of living space, a private garden of just over 756 m² and terraces of roughly 125 to 129 m².
This is villa living rather than complex living. Your pool is yours alone, as are the landscaped garden, a covered parking space wired for an EV charger and a basement. Views take in the sea, the mountains and the fairways.
Everyday errands stay short. As the crow flies, a supermarket and the Hospital de Alta Resolución de Estepona are each around 1.5 km off, the beach is about 2 km away and Puerto Estepona marina roughly 5 km.
