The real draw here is the outdoor space. Every apartment comes with somewhere between 110.5 and 166 m² of terrace, including a solarium reached from inside the home, and from this height the outlook is over the sea. A south-east orientation means the terraces catch the sun from morning through to midday. Residents share a gated site with tiered cascade pools, planted communal gardens and a lift.
Everyday errands are easy on foot: a supermarket sits about 200 metres away, and a hospital is roughly 1.5 km off.
