That short gap shapes the rhythm of life here: a swim before breakfast, an evening stroll along the shoreline, and very little reason to reach for the car keys.
The scheme is a single building over two levels. Ground-floor flats come with their own garden, while the upper flats swap the garden for a large terrace and a solarium. Every home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and with living areas from about 150 to 192 m² they feel generous for their bedroom count. Kitchens open onto the lounge, and the sea is visible even from the lower level.
