Edificio Altea VI is a new-build apartment building in Torrevieja on the southern Costa Blanca, and the beach of Cala del Palangre is only about 300 metres away. The project is a single building with a ground floor and four upper floors. Every apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with roughly 57 to 90 m² of living space and a private terrace.
This is a place to live without depending on a car. A supermarket is around 200 metres away, Torrevieja town centre and the Real Club Náutico marina are both about 1.5 km off, and schools and public transport are close by. Residents share a pool, a sauna and lounging areas on the roof.
The building faces south and has a lift. Inside, the apartments come pre-installed for hot and cold air conditioning, and the bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. Alicante-Elche airport is about 35 km away and Murcia airport roughly 45 km, so the apartments work well as a main home and also as a second home you can fly to easily.

Edificio Altea VI is one building with five residential levels: a ground floor and four floors above it. There are three types of apartment: ground floor, middle floor and top floor. Every apartment has a private terrace of about 10 to 29 m², and the top-floor homes also have their own solarium.
The shared facilities are on the roof, with a swimming pool, a sauna and relaxation areas. In a town-centre setting close to the sea, the roof is where the sun and open space are, so it makes sense to put them there. Depending on the apartment, the views are over the street, out to sea or across the surrounding area. The building faces south.
