Edificio Sunrise is a new build apartment block in Torrevieja for people who would rather walk to the sea than drive to it: Playa del Cura and its natural pools are roughly 100 metres away. The single, modern building rises six storeys on the Costa Blanca seafront, and every home has two bathrooms alongside either two or three bedrooms.
Everyday errands stay on foot. A supermarket sits around 200 metres away, Torrevieja town centre is about 1 km off and the Real Club Náutico marina roughly 1.5 km. Golfers will find the nearest course at around 3 km, and Hospital Quirón/USP Hospital San Jaime is a similar distance.
Each flat comes with its own glass-and-steel terrace, and the outlook takes in the sea at an angle as well as the town. The shared pool is up on the roof. Alicante-Elche airport is about 35 km as the crow flies, with Región de Murcia airport at around 45 km, so a second home here is a short transfer from arrivals, while full-time residents get a seafront address with the town on their doorstep.
