Edificio Anamar is a new build apartment building in Torrevieja where the sand of Playa del Acequión is roughly 100 metres from the entrance. It sits within the town itself on the Costa Blanca. The centre is about 1 km away, the Marina Internacional around 500 metres and a supermarket some 200 metres, so most daily errands can be done on foot.
Most homes are apartments on the middle floors, with a few penthouses on top. They start with a one-bedroom flat of around 40 m² and go up to a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home of roughly 108 m². Some units come with a private terrace, anything from a modest outdoor corner to almost 40 m². The shared pool is on the roof, alongside a solarium and lounge area that look out over the sea and the town.
There is a lift, an underground garage, pre-installed air conditioning, double glazing and fibre broadband, which suits full-time residents as well as owners who visit a few times a year. Alicante-Elche is the closest airport, about 36.5 km away as the crow flies.
