Each villa comes with its own pool, private parking, a lift and a basement level.
What stands out is how close the course and the coast are. The fairways start at the edge of the plot, Playa de Las Doradas is about 500 metres away and the centre of La Cala around 1 km. A supermarket is roughly 600 metres off, and Fuengirola marina is 6 km away. The villas look out over the sea, the golf course and their own gardens, with woodland close by.
