Pine Valley Villas Fase II is a new-build scheme in Mijas, in the El Chaparral area, and its main draw is how close the golf is: El Chaparral Golf Club lies roughly 100 metres from the site. Nearly the whole release is made up of detached villas, with just two semi-detached houses next to them, and every home has three or four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Space is generous throughout. Interiors range from about 186 to 278 m², each property has its own terrace of 62 to 117 m² and a private garden, and the villas come with their own swimming pool. A garage takes more than one car and has a charging point for an electric vehicle.
You won't need the car for everything. Playa de Las Doradas is around 700 metres off in a straight line, a supermarket sits at roughly 600 metres and the centre of La Cala is just under a kilometre away. Fuengirola marina is 6 km distant and the emergency department of Hospital Costa del Sol about 14 km. For flights, Málaga airport is some 24.5 km away, with Gibraltar the alternative at 73 km.
