Set in the wooded hills of Benahavís, Enebros Fase II is a compact new-build development of three low-rise blocks on the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Estepona. What draws people here is space and outlook, not a seafront address. The homes face south-west towards the sea and mountains, the German Golf Academy driving range is roughly 1.5 km away, and Playa de Levante lies about 5.5 km off in a straight line.
You can choose between ground-floor apartments with their own garden, middle-floor units and a single penthouse. Layouts run from two to four bedrooms with roughly 122 to 190 m² of living space. Every home has a terrace of between about 55 m² and almost 210 m², so outdoor living is a real part of daily life here.
The gated grounds hold a communal pool, landscaped gardens, a gym and an on-site restaurant. Underfloor heating, air conditioning that both heats and cools, a fireplace and home automation keep the apartments comfortable in January as well as August. Artola is about 3 km away and Málaga airport around 46 km.
