Fuente Lirios is a new build development in Benahavís, the hillside village on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga, and it sits right in the village itself. Much of the new construction in this municipality is spread across the surrounding hills, so that is less common than you might think. Living here means stepping out of your front door into the village streets, with no need to drive for a coffee or dinner.
The scheme has two blocks, each with a ground floor and five upper floors. It offers apartments with one to three bedrooms, a few ground-floor homes and two penthouses, with interiors of roughly 59 to 129 m². Every home has its own terrace.
