Le Monte is a new-build development of detached villas in Benahavís, about 300 metres from the village centre. It sits in the hills behind Marbella, with woodland nearby and the La Zagaleta Country Club course roughly 1.5 km away as the crow flies. The beach is around 6.5 km off, and Marina La Bajadilla in Marbella about 15 km.
Every villa follows the same plan: three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 364 m² of living space. Each one also has a terrace of just over 174 m², a private pool and its own garden, which varies by plot from about 298 m² to 729 m². A lift, a basement level, a solarium and more than one private parking space, both underground and open, complete the package.
For flights, two airports are almost equally close: Gibraltar at about 49 km and Málaga at about 52 km. Golfers also have Los Arqueros, La Quinta and Atalaya in the area, as well as La Zagaleta. A health centre in Nueva Andalucía is around 6.5 km away and a supermarket roughly 4 km.
